Where to find them
Most common at non-fishing lodges. Fishing lodges already quote package rates. Look for the offer at Kenai riverside cabins, Talkeetna lodges, and aurora properties outside Fairbanks.

A 7-night trip amortises the flight cost across more usable days. For US-mainland travelers the break-even against a 4-night trip is around 6 nights once the long flight is factored in.
